How play and sleep affect your baby's sleep
Setting up an eating/playing/sleeping routine will enable you to spot and recognize signs of fatigue. When you see signs of tiredness in your baby and you know he has been fed, you should immediately apply relaxation techniques. Don't wait until your baby is hungry, tired, and irritable, or else he may fall asleep in your arms.
Eating/playing/sleeping are important parts of setting a good routine. These 3 phases should be separate.
- the food is in your hands
- you should play
- gold should be on the bed
It doesn't mean that love for her and sacrificing her chest. These should be done as much as possible during their playtime, and remember that you are still feeding her in your arms, the only difference is that you are not letting her sleep in your arms.
Are you wondering how to recognize the signs of fatigue? You can do this in the following ways
Crying because of fatigue is different from crying because of hunger. You will usually notice that your baby will be playing happily on the floor for a while and then starts yawning, becoming lethargic, rubbing eyes, or arching his back for no reason. These are typical signs of fatigue.
Other signs include:
- not wanting to eat
- not happy to lift
- not happy to sit
- Relatively older children can be diabolical
If you see these signs, then understand that 'It is time to put the baby to sleep'...
